We strive to ship all orders within 1 business day of receiving your order. If the order is received before 2:00 PM EST, it will be shipped on the same day. You should receive your order within 1-5 business days after its ship date. Items will ship out of Indianapolis, IN and almost all of the surrounding states will be next day delivery. The majority of the east coast states will be 2 day delivery.

Most of our items are shipped via UPS or USPS. If you need urgently need something next day air please contact us as soon as possible for quote.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

If you must return an item please contact us for return instructions. Items that are returned to us must be in the original packaging and in new condition. The item must not of been installed. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the original purchase price. Please note, as said above, if an item has been installed or altered in any way no refund will be processed.
